I wish you all the best for 2025, and hope that it will be a much better year than 2024.
May this new year be much kinder and more positive than the last, and that it will bring you exciting projects, peace of mind and plenty of creative joy.
For my part, I hope above all that it will mark a fresh start after two particularly trying years.
An unfortunate absence and a colourful return
As some of you may have noticed, this blog has been quiet for many months.
First, capsulitis in my right shoulder forced me to temporarily put my artistic work on hold.
The following year was devoted to family priorities, which also kept me away from my studio.
Quick, bring on the colour!
Yet there was no shortage of ideas: new illustrations, articles, projects…
I was simply longing to pick up my brushes again.
Today, it’s finally done.
Rediscovering the pleasure of painting this illustration to wish you a Happy New Year is a very special joy, and a lovely way to begin this new creative chapter.
